I am fortunate to live in the awe-inspiring Unaweep Canyon located in Western Colorado with my amazing husband and our herd or rescue animals (see Amy's Animals to meet the crew). Being a Colorado native I have always found myself connected to the natural world. I grew up camping, hiking and wanting to be around my aunt's horses as much as possible. As an adult I still find myself in nature, ideally with my husband and some combination of my animals, whenever I can. I also have had a strong sense of adventure that has followed me to adulthood and have been to all 50 states, multiple countries and have seen five of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World!

But that's only part of it. My other passion is for serving others and thinking back on my last 20+ years, I have realized that all of my past professional experiences have led me to creating Amy Ben-Horin Coaching and Consulting. From early on I have wanted to support people reaching their goals (this goes way back to my Personal Trainer days). Every job I have had since then has taught me valuable skills (both about myself and about how to connect my passions to my professional endeavors) and now I get to share them with you!
